Dear Friends,

Today, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) launched the application window for Paycheck Protection Program loans. The Paycheck Protection Program provides economic relief from the Coronavirus outbreak for small businesses, eligible nonprofit organizations, Veterans organizations, Tribal businesses, and individuals who are self-employed or are independent contractors. If you’re a small business owner looking for economic relief, I recommend you contact a local lender and apply for a loan.

Click here to access the SBA’s borrower and lender application forms, as well as informative fact sheets explaining how the Paycheck Protection Program can help you weather the Coronavirus outbreak.

Separately, I want to share this story about how a local Central Valley bagel shop is helping to feed the homeless during this difficult time.
