Small businesses and their employees are key economic drivers of our economy. Unfortunately, during this time of crisis, they have experienced major disruption and closures. I’ve compiled a series of resources to help Minnesota employers and their employees weather the unique challenges posed by COVID-19.

Resources for small business owners:

  • If your business is remains open at this time, continue to follow best practices published by the Minnesota Department of Health to keep your employees and patrons safe.
    • Following a letter I wrote to the Small Business Association, they agreed to include Minnesota in its Economic Injury Disaster Loan program. You can read more about the program in these slides and begin the application process here.
