Dear Friend,
A key provision in the third coronavirus relief package, the CARES Act, established the Paycheck Protection Program. This program provides forgivable loans through the existing 7(a) loan program for small businesses for payroll costs, rent and mortgage obligations, and utilities. Today, the U.S. Treasury provided additional guidance on the Paycheck Protection Program for small business owners and lenders.
