This week, the Obama Administration demonstrated yet again its inability to work in the best interests of not only the American people, but also the interests of our allies abroad. Obama’s dealings with the enemies of the United States has hurt our standing overseas and our safety at home. As more details of the administration’s deal with Iran become public, I am more disturbed. As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Congress a few months ago, no deal is better than a bad deal. And that is why I will vote against the Iran nuclear deal when it comes to the floor of the House. Instead of capitulating to a terrorist nation that doesn’t like us and who is working towards nuclear armament, we should be increasing sanctions. America should not negotiate with terrorists.”

Wednesday, July 15, Chancellor Dr. Laurence Alexander (left) of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Dr. DeWayne Goldman (right) of Monsanto stopped by the U.S. Capitol for a visit. If you're going to be in Washington and would like a Capitol tour, call my office at (202) 225-3772 or visit westerman.house.gov.
