Dear
Neighbor,
It's
been
six
weeks
since
the
opening
day
of
the
114th
Congress
and
it
has
been very
productive.
We've
passed
legislation
that
will
reduce
burdensome
red-tape
plaguing
our
job
creators,
we
repealed
the
President's
health
care
law
and
both
chambers
successfully
passed
legislation
that
would
FINALLY
approve
the
Keystone
XL
Pipeline.
Now
it's
up
to
the
President
to
sign
this
important
legislation
into
law
so
building
can
begin.
As
always,
if
there
is
anything
my
office and
I can
do
to
assist
you,
please
do
not
hesitate
to
contact
my
office.

Keystone
XL
Pipeline
Heads
to
President's
Desk

Over
six
years
has
passed
since
the
first
permit
application
was
filed
for
Keystone
XL.
That
pre-dates
the
introduction
of
the
iPad.
In
contrast,
Congress
has
acted
in
less
than
two
months
to
approve
the
most
studied
pipeline
in
our
nation’s
history,
which
is
supported
by
over
70
percent
of
Americans.
The
State
Department’s
own
extensive
research
study
concluded
that
this
pipeline
will
be
safe
and
environmentally-sound.
It
strengthens
our
relationship
with
our
neighbor
to
the
North,
and
will
create
thousands
of
American
jobs.
There
is
no
logical
reason
for
the
President
to
veto
this
jobs
creating
bill.
It’s
time
for
the
President
to
stop
delaying
what
is
best
for
the
American
people.
It’s
time
to
build
the
Keystone
XL
Pipeline. |
