Weber Introduces Lawless Executive House Resolution

On June 26, Congressman Randy Weber introduced House Resolution 652, condemning the President of the United States and the executive branch of government for continuous actions that violates the laws and Constitution of the United States.

"In light of Speaker Boehner’s announcement to bring suit against the President, I am introducing a resolution specifically citing the failed attempts of the President and the Executive Branch of Government to enforce the laws and uphold the Constitution and to express the sense of Congress that this action is unacceptable.”- Rep. Weber.

Weber Introduces Legislation to Stopgap Influx of UACs

On June 30, introduced H.R. 5014, the Illegal Entry Accountability Act of 2014. The legislation would hold Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador accountable for illegal immigration by immediately suspending all U.S. foreign aid to these Central American nations until Congress determines sufficient action is taken to mitigate unlawful U.S.-Mexico border crossings by their respective citizens.

"The recent influx of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) has become a humanitarian crisis, and has proven that certain laws are working against the United States of America. That is precisely why I introduced the Illegal Entry Accountability Act of 2014, which will immediately suspend all U.S. foreign aid to Central American nations in an effort to hold our southern neighbors accountable."- Rep. Weber.
