While we’re all going through this difficult time together (and let’s remember all of the people around us on the front lines), let’s not forget that there are some other super important things still happening — like the census. It determines billions of dollars for education, housing, transportation — and yes, healthcare. Decisions being made at every level of government depend on census data, and if we don’t show up in the numbers, we’ve got a very big problem. So take 5 minutes (yep, that’s all you need; no more long forms) and fill out your form. Super important — and super easy.

Be sure to mail your completed application to your Borough Office Board of Elections (see below). Your request should indicate "temporary illness" as the reason (the definition of which has been expanded to cover the risk of the coronavirus).
