Representatives David Jolly (R-FL) and Rick Nolan (D-MN) talked about H.R. 4443, the Stop Act. The legislation, introduced by Representative Jolly and co-sponsored by Representative Nolan, would ban members of Congress from personally asking for money. Representative Jolly said lawmakers should spend their time working for constituents, rather than seeking campaign contributions, and urged the 2016 presidential candidates to share their views on the bill. close
