The app automatically shows the user and password screen. I put the user and password in, and it doesn't allow me to hit log in. It goes straight to the account. When I picked an insurance policy on the app, it didn't send me the info for it for the next step I may need to take. It goes to processing the request and gets stuck. I have to force stop and sign back in.

It is pretty much useless 99 percent of the time. It straight up just doesn't work, and it is not like it's just one thing. Sometimes you can't log in, sometimes the UI is unresponsive, sometimes you get error messages that don't make any sense, sometimes certain links or categories disappear.... I could go on. For something as crucially important as having health insurance, the quality and condition of this app is utterly inexuseable. I need to enroll, but I simply can't.

Having worked in software for over 16 years, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Navigation is almost impossible, the layout is sub-par, and if you make one wrong move, you're unenrolled. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Everytime I log in, I have to login, close out the app and log in again. Every time. There's an update available but you'd never know. Why not add a prompt? I'd like to review the employees incompetance next! It's a a BIG deal.
