Governor Inslee is pleased to provide congratulatory letters for Washington State residents on Girl Scout and Eagle Scout recognition events. Our office is unable to accommodate out of state requests.

Advance Notice: Your request MUST be received at least 45 days in advance of the date you’d like to receive the letter or the print deadline, whichever is earlier. Due to the sheer volume and nature of letter requests, we regret the Governor's Office may not be able to accommodate every request.
