Gov. Inslee is pleased to provide ceremonial greetings to organizations to help them celebrate special events held in Washington State. Ceremonial greetings can either be printed for use in an event program or written materials, or pre-recorded and shared as part of a virtual presentation. These typically include business and professional conferences, cultural festivals, non-profit fund raising benefits, and other significant events.

Advance Notice:

For a Printed Greeting - Your request MUST be received at least 45 days in advance of the date you’d like to receive the greeting.

Due to the sheer volume and nature of greeting requests, we regret that the Governor's Office may not be able to accommodate every request, especially if the appropriate amount of advance notice is not given.
