* On May 15, the Pritzker administration filed emergency rules that would create a new tier of punishment for businesses that ignore the stay-at-home order.
These rules mean hard-working business owners could face the most serious possible misdemeanor charge, potentially resulting in 364 days in jail and $2,500 fine.
